L.A. Subway Station

She flinches, her eyes going wide.
"I.. I.. "
She looked quite frightened.

He smiled. "I-Im sorry it's just if you had seen another it would make me happy."

She blinks, nodding slightly.
"Well, I.."
She glanced quickly at her bookbag.
"What the 'ell is she doin' now..?" Shemaru raises an eyebrow at Kirai. "She can't -really- be tellin' 'im 'bout th' book." His face begins to appear as he looses concentration.

August smirks. He reaches into his Jacket.

She tenses up, the presence of the death note, now uncovered, much more powerful. She shudders, peering at the solid black book.

"I would like to see that book of yours." He handed her the black book. Judas appeared behind him.

She hesitates at first, then takes the evil thing into her hands. Right before touching it though she blinks.
"There's... something here with us..?"

August smiled. "Yes there is."

Wade, who had followed the two, saw the Shinigami as well. Or at least, the shady outline of someone ghastly alongside the pair. But it wasn't long before he gave his position away with a sickly cough. "Ugh.."

"?!" August turned around quickly after touching the girl's note. "Who are you?"

Being spotted, and knowing he's seen something go on that was bad in nature, he tried to turn tail and run.

August smiled. He looked at the boy's name above his head. "Lets see. 'Wade Delacroix. Goes on cannibalistic rage and is shot dead after' about.... 'seven minautes.'" August finished writing

After about a few minutes have passed, Wade slowly faded into his unavoidable death. He's now seen sitting back against the wall of the subway, staring down. Meanwhile, his skin is slowly turning pale.

August armed his pistol and placed his arm infront of Kirai.

After 3 minutes have passed, he slowly stood up and stalked toward August. "..."

August chuckled slowly and the speed and volume grew. "hmhmhmhmhm...heheheheh....hahahahaahahaha....HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!" He smiled and was ready.

"..." He lunged forward and tried to lunge at August.

August shot his pistol four times at Wade. "DIE!"

Afterwards, Wade fell forward onto the ground, dying of bloodlost. Or is he? He was actually dead before he turned into what he died as. Here he laid, his eyes closed. "..."

August and Kirai arrived at Tokyo and the subway dropped them off and then continued on its way.

Slowly, Wade stood up from his inevitable death, staring down at the floor with new scarlet-red eyes. ". . ."
